Each will completed by Orchard Wills Ltd is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2,000,000 - meaning that if anything went wrong after the customer’s death with the administration of the Estate, because of how the Will had been drafted, the Estate is covered by this insurance policy.

We use state of the art and regularly updated software to create your Wills. Originally our will writers chose bespoke clauses from a clause library of over several thousand possibilities. That is still available to us today if it is ever needed.
